We’re just a regular married couple on a not-so-regular mission: to ditch diet culture, heal our relationship with health, and shift our mindset from “what’s the fastest way to shrink?” to “how do we live well—starting right where we are?”

Whether you’re starting at 150 or 600 pounds, this space is for you. We focus on mental shifts over meal plans, choosing food that fuels rather than punishes, and finding movement that doesn’t suck. We talk about rest and stress, because health isn’t just about broccoli. And we talk about building a community while you do it—because having people in your corner makes the hard stuff a little lighter.
